Shipping policy

  • US domestic shipments only. 
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $15. For DHL, UPS or FedEx delivery, please contact us at time of purchase to verify the cost. 
  • Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment to the email address provided at time of purchase. Quintessence is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipment.
